Bhartiya Nav Nirman Sansthan is a grassroots social organization based in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. Since 1986, the organization has worked across education, health, water conservation, road safety, environment, child welfare, women education, and cultural development.
Registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 and recognized by NGO Darpan, we have partnered with government ministries, PSUs, and social welfare boards to deliver measurable change in underserved communities of Bundelkhand.

Leading the organization with decades of experience in grassroots social work and community development. The driving force behind BNNS’s growth since 1986.
Oversees all program delivery, partner coordination, and impact reporting across health, education, and water conservation initiatives.
Manages day-to-day project operations, field timelines, and liaison with government departments and CSR funding agencies.
On-ground implementation lead ensuring direct community outreach, camp execution, and real-time data collection from beneficiaries.
Manages and motivates our volunteer network, ensuring trained support across camps, events, and community mobilization drives.
Acts as the bridge between the organization and local villages โ building trust, creating awareness, and ensuring community participation in all programs.
